Silversmithing Workshop

Council will be holding a two-day course to learn the basics of silversmithing, by constructing a series of items including rings, earrings, pendants and other items.  Click here to view the flyer.

Day one: Introduction to techniques such as saw-piercing, forming, texturing, soldering, annealing, riveting and polishing.

Day two: Using your skills to develop your own creative  projects, with the aim that these pieces will be entered into the Cloncurry Show in June 2018.

Where:            Cloncurry Community Precinct
When:             Saturday 26 & Sunday 27 May 2018
Time:               10am to 4pm (daily)
Price:               $30.00 p/p (extra silver can be purchased on the day)
                         Tea and Coffee, morning and afternoon tea provided.
