The C150 celebrations will kick off with a bang with a street parade and party. The street parade will showcase the decades that made Cloncurry. The street party will be a hive of activity with live music, stalls and fun for the kids. Watch out for the announcement of musician to take the stage at the street party.
Guests have the option of heading down to Dajarra for the annual Dajarra Rodeo. Watch the cowboys get dusted in the Dajarra red dirt. The event kicks off on Friday 15 September, but head down and watch the action, a true outback event!
Cloncurry Chatter - 16 September 2017
Come together over a coffee at the Cloncurry Sport and Recreation Grounds and share stories about Cloncurry. Cloncurry Chatter will run from 1.00pm to 3.00pm followed by the Rugby League Feature Match at 3.00pm.
Rugby League Feature Match - 16 September 2017
Cloncurry is the home of a fantastic Rugby League history. Come down to the Cloncurry Recreation Grounds at 3.00pm and watch a special feature match between the Cloncurry Eagles and the Normanton Stingers.
Ecumenical Service - 17 September 2017
There will be an Ecumenical Service at the John Flynn Place Courtyard, beginning at 10.00am and morning tea to follow the service. Come along to the service and pray in remembrance of all who have gone before us in 150 Years of Cloncurry's history.
Join us for a Ecumencial Service in the morning before enjoying a sports day at the Recreation Grounds. Bring down a picnic lunch and join in some old style sports including nail driving, bush ironman, old timers race and tug a war. The day will finish with an outdoor movie on the lawns.
Do you have something to sell, or want to buy something unique, come down to Mary Kathleen Park for the night markets. Enjoy fantastic local entertainment during the talent concert when local performers entertain you on the main stage.
Their are no formal events tonight, so why not get together for a class, club, work or family reunion.
Cloncurry State School will be hosting their famous trivia night. It is always a very competive night, with lots of great prizes and games. The night will raise funds for the School.
Learn about our heritage at the fully guided tour of Cloncurry Unearthed and John Flynn Place Museum and enjoy a special night of tours and performance.

Dress up for a royal night at the Cloncurry Shire Hall. Be taken back in time as Cloncurry celebrates 150 years. This special event will draw the celebrations to a close with the final party on Saturday.
A night on the green...Cocktails, live music and great times at the Bowlo's Black Tie Barefoot evening. Suggested dress code is "That bridesmaid's dress I only got to wear once" or "Hey I make this Vinnie's tuxedo look goooood". It's all about having a great time and being a little bit flash with your shoes off. Event starts at 6.00pm at the Cloncurry Bowls Club.

To conclude a busy week of catching up with friends, a few late nights and wonderful memories come out to the Cloncurry Equestrian Centre for a day of action. Spend the day with friends at the Cloncurry and District Race day with a night Rodeo! What a wrap up!
