By registering you indicate that you have read and agree to the below conditions:
- Council will supply and set up tables.
- Stallholders are responsible for organising staff for their stalls.
- Stallholders are responsible for the security of their goods and money.
- Set Up: The venue will be available for access from 2.00pm on Friday 1 December 2023 and/or 08.00am Saturday 2 December 2023.
- Set Down: The venue will be open until 2.30pm Saturday 2 December 2023.
- It is the responsibility of each stallholder to ensure their display is safe. Cloncurry Shire Council accept no responsibility for costs or injuries which may occur as a result of entry.
- Stallholders acknowledge and agree that as a result of registering for the Christmas Markets they are providing their personal information Cloncurry Shire Council for the purpose of administering the event. Furthermore, entrants acknowledge and agree that their personal information will be handled in accordance with Council’s Privacy Statement.
