Scouting is a worldwide movement that has shaped the development of youth and adults for more than 100 years. Scouts are in every part of our community and Scouts is the biggest and most successful youth organisation in Australia and the world. Approximately 15 000 boys, girls and adults in Queensland from various cultural or religious backgrounds and with varying abilities, participate in all aspects of Scouting – an education for life!

Cloncurry Scout Group currently has Joey Scouts and Cub Scouts. We are looking for adults to become Leaders and Adult Helpers for all the sections. If you can only spend 60 minutes a week, we have a place for you. Training is available and mentoring for you as well. if you or your children are interested, please call 1800SCOUTS or the Group Leader on email: gl@cloncurry.scouts.qld.com.au or just visit us on Monday or Tuesday nights during the school terms from 4 pm to 5 pm.
