    Council has identified that these properties are surplus to Council requirements and that the sale of this property has the potential

  • What happens if properties are not sold?
    If properties are not sold at auction, Council will look to progress sales pursuant to s236 of the Local Government Regulation 2012, including by posting Sales Notices on Council's website.
  • There is a drainage easement over part of the Payne Street property. All other properties are free of encumbrances.
