Impact Surveys
Primary Producer Disaster Impact Survey
Primary producers and agribusinesses impacted by recent flooding are urged to complete the Disaster Impact Survey to report any damages or losses to your property. This information helps inform the recovery needs of impacted communities. Please note:
- If you have multiple properties to report, you can complete one survey per property.
- You can attach date-stamped photographs of damages when safe to do so (most cameras do this automatically).
- If further damage becomes evident as floodwaters recede, or if you have additional information to share later, you can submit another survey down the track (they are date-stamped).
- You can request a copy of your responses and use this as supporting material when submitting applications for assistance.
If you would like assistance completing the survey or would like more information, contact the DPI by phone (13 25 23), in-person or online (dpi.qld.gov.au/contact).
