St Andrew's Garden Settlement
St Andrew's Garden Settlement (STAGS) is affordable rental accommodation for seniors, 50 years or older, living in our community. The facility is owned and operated by Cloncurry Shire Council. Council aims to manage STAGS for the benefit of seniors living in Cloncurry in need of affordable, independent accommodation.
The complex has 24 one-bedroom units for singles and 3 two-bedroom townhouses for couples. STAGS complements the aged care annexure at the Cloncurry Hospital, allowing people to live independently until they require a higher level of care. Eligibility for accommodation is based on applicants being of pension age and receiving the Aged Pension.
